The Work Is Part Of The Oosterland Area Development In Mijdrecht. Oosterland Is Located To The West Of The Municipality And Is Currently A Greenhouse Horticulture Area. Approximately 800 Homes Are Being Developed And Constructed In This Area. This Development Will Take Place In Phases, 11 Sub-Areas Are Planned. The Work In This Tender Concerns Sub-Areas 5, 6 And The Access Road. The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Site And Demolition Work - Leveling The Site - Cleaning Up, Excavating And Filling Waterways - Excavating And Filling Sewer Trenches, Utility Routes And Road Cunettes - Installing Vertical And Horizontal Drainage - Applying Sand And Soil For Preload - Installation Of Subsidence Beacons, Monitoring Wells And Pore Pressure Meters - Monitoring Settlements. The Scope Will Be Announced Upon Announcement.
