Software Package And Information Systems – Moodle Learning Environments (Saas And On-Premises) And The Purchase Of Their Support, Maintenance And Development Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Are The Moodle Learning Environments (Systems) For The Police University Of Applied Sciences Based On The Open-Source Ready-Made Software Published By The Moodle Community (Moodle.Org), The Implementation Of The Systems And The Support, Maintenance And Development Services Of The Systems. The Police University Of Applied Sciences Has Two Moodle Learning Environments In Use, Which Will Be Replaced By New Systems That Are The Subject Of Procurement. The Acquisition Also Includes The Transfer Of The Contents Of The Current Environments To The New Environments. The University Of Applied Sciences Uses The Ov And Tuve Moodle Systems. The Police Information Technology Center Operating In The Police Board Is Responsible For The Maintenance And Support Of The Moodle Learning Environments Of The University Of Applied Sciences. One Ov-Moodle Learning Environment As A Saas Service And Its Maintenance, Support And Development Services Will Be Acquired For The Police University Of Applied Sciences. The Service Must Be Implemented On A Dedicated Platform. In Addition, One Tuve-Moodle Learning Environment Will Be Acquired For The Security Network Managed By The Customer As An On-Premises Solution And Its Maintenance, Support And Development Services. Both Learning Environments Must Be Implemented With Technologies Consistent With The Requirements Set By The Customer. As An Option During The Contract Period, The Installation Of Ov-Moodle In The Environment Provided By The Subscriber And The Introduction Of The Learning Environment, As Well As All The Tasks Described In The Service Description (Appendix 2.2) Belonging To The Saas Service (Continuous Service), Excluding The Maintenance And Use Services Of The Dedicated Platform, Can Be Acquired.
