The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Hardware And Software Along With Implementation And Required Integrations For The Needs Of The Końskie Commune, 2) Installation, Configuration, Parameterization And Integration Of The Supplied Hardware And Software, 3) Migration Of Data From The Currently Owned By The Ordering Party Of The It System In The Manner And To The Extent Described In The Data Migration Description Chapter In Annex No. 7 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 4) Conducting A Pre-Implementation Analysis And Defining A Framework Schedule Implementation Of Individual Modules Of The Offered Software, Taking Into Account The Arrangements With The Ordering Party, 5) Ensuring The Availability Of Its Employees At Least 20 Man-Hours After The Production Launch Of The Entire Software, In Order To Support Users In Using The Software (Ongoing Removal Of Problems With The Operation Of The Software And Its Tuning),6) Preparation Of Post-Implementation Documentation Of The Implemented Software Required In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E. Instructions, Procedures.7) Handover The Ordering Party Provides All Administrative Accounts And Passwords For Each Element Of The Delivered Software And Database, 8) Configuring A Backup Of The Software And Database And Testing Its Correctness Execution,9) Providing A Training Platform For Employees And Conducting Specialized Training For It Department Employees.
