3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New And Original Consumables: Inks And Toners For The Tarnowo Podgórne Commune Office, Specified In Detail In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2). The Quantities Of Materials Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Estimated Quantities And May Be Changed. The Purchase And Delivery Of Materials Will Take Place Successively Depending On The Current Needs Of The Office. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Materials Within The Time Specified In The Offer, Counting From The Date The Ordering Party Submits The Request By E-Mail, Using Its Own Transport To The Seat Of The Commune Office In Tarnów Podgórne. Delivery Of Materials Within A Month Based On The Wz Document, Settlement Based On Vat Invoices Once A Month. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity And Range Of The Subject Of The Contract Depending On The Demand.3.2. Brand New Materials Are Consumables Made Of 100% New Elements, Previously Unused, Not Regenerated, Not Refabricated, Not Recycled, Without Traces Of Damage, In Brand New Manufacturers Packaging That Does Not Show Any Signs Of Opening, And Has All The Tightness Protections For The Toner/Ink Containers. All Elements Included In The Materials (Including Toners, Inks) Must Be Brand New, Unregenerated, Unused (Not Previously Used In Whole Or In Part In Other Materials). Materials Made From Dismantled, Supplemented Or Modified Elements Are Also Not Allowed.3.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer Original Materials Or Materials Of Equivalent Quality, Meeting Parameters Equivalent To The Original Materials.3.4. Original Consumables Are Consumables That Have Been Produced Or Are Recommended By The Manufacturers Of The Devices In Which They Are To Be Used, Are Not Imitations Or Alterations, Are Not Counterfeit, Do Not Contain Previously Used Or Modified Elements, And Are Delivered In Packaging Typically Used For A Given Product By The Manufacturer. 3.5. The Contractor Must Indicate In Its Offer Which Elements Of The Order It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors. 3.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz.
