Due To Difficult Access And Unloading, The Ordering Party Attaches A Map With The Location Of The Entrance In Order To Check The Conditions Related To Access And Unloading Before Delivering The Subject Of The Order.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Wood Fuel - Pellets Meeting The Parameters Of The Din Plus Quality Standard Or Equivalent, Along With Loading, Transport Using A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Pellets And Unloading Of Pellets Directly To External Storage Hoppers, Dimensions Of Hoppers 2 M -2.9 M , For The Heating Needs Of The Municipal Center For Culture, Sports And Recreation In Świdnica In The Sports And Recreation Center In Witoszów Dolne In An Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 450 Tons, In The Period Until February 28, 2026. The Supplier Is Not Entitled To Any Compensation Claims Against The Ordering Party For Ordering A Smaller Quantity Of Pellets By The Ordering Party. 2. Organizational Arrangements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) Arrangements And Decisions Regarding The Execution Of The Order Will Be Agreed By The Ordering Party With The Appointed Representative Of The Contractor. 2) The Supplied Wood Pellets Must Meet The Din Plus Quality Standard (Meet The Quality Requirements Of The European Standard En Iso17225) Or Equivalent (In Accordance With Article 105 Of The Public Procurement Law). The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Quality Of The Supplied Pellets During The Contract Period. The Pellet Must Have The Following Parameters: • Calorific Value Not Lower Than 18,000 Kj/Kg, • Humidity Not More Than 10%, • Ash Content Not More Than 0.7%, • Sulfur Content Not More Than 0.03%, • Bulk Density Not Less Than 600 Kg/M³, • Length From 10 Mm To 40 Mm, • Diameter From 6 Mm To 8 Mm.3) The Actual Amount Of Pellets That The Ordering Party Will Order Will Result From Its Current Needs. Deliveries Will Be Made Based On Orders Placed By Phone Or Electronically. 4) Pellet Delivery Based On An Order Placed Electronically Or By Telephone Will Be Made By The Supplier Only On Business Days. 5) The Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is About 15 Tons Of Pellets. 6) The Contractor Will Deliver And Unload The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Transport, At His Own Expense And At His Own Risk, To The Boiler Room Of The Sports And Recreation Center In Witoszów Dolny. 7) Deliveries Must Be Made Using A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Pellets, With Unloading To Warehouses. 8) Due Diligence Is Required When Completing The Order. 9) Proof Of Acceptance Of The Pellet Delivery Will Be Vat Invoices And A Wz Document With A Printout Of The Quantity Of Pellets Delivered. 10) The Contractor Ensures That The Supplied Pellets Will Be Of Appropriate Quality And Will Meet The Parameters Of The Din Plus/Or Equivalent Quality Standard. In The Event Of Reservations Raised By The Ordering Party Regarding The Required Parameters Specified In The Din Plus Quality Standard (Point 2), The Ordering Party May Order Tests Of The Delivere
