Quotation are invited for Partial Retubing of plugged/leaking tubes of Desal 44 Vent Condenser at site -M desal PARTIAL RETUBING OF M DESAL UNIT 44 VACUUM SYSTEM VENT CONDENSER ATSITE.VENT CONDENSERTUBES TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED: 85 NOS TUB ES.TUBES SIZE: 19.05 DIA * 0.711 MM THICK * 11700 MM LENGTHTUBES MATERIAL: SEA CURELOCATION: M STATION DESAL 41.JOB TO BE COMPLETED WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS DURING UNIT OVERHAULING.CONTRACTOR SCOPE: 1. MOBILIZE TO SITE WITH MANPOWER & NECESSARY TOOLS &TAC KLES2. OPEN WATER BOXES.3. CLEAN TUBE SHEET AREA.4. IDENTIFY NOMINATED TUBES TO BE REMOVED5. CUT THE TUBES FROM ONE END (INSIDE THE TUBE SHEET) USINGINTERNAL TUBE CUTTERS.6. REMOVING THE TUBES FROM THE OPPOSIT E END OF THE TUBE SHEETUSING HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED CONTINUOUS TUBE PULLER / GRIP PULLER.7.
