Tenders are invited for Construction of Communal Sanitation Facility (4 Latrines and 2 Showers). Qualification of the Bidder 2.1 All bidders shall provide in Section 3, Forms of Bid and Qualification Information, a preliminary description of the proposed work method and schedule, including drawings and charts, as necessary. 2.2 To qualify for the award of the Contract, bidders shall meet the following minimum qualifying criteria: Bids can be submitted in one of two ways, hardcopy or electronically.
