Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of Office Furniture and IT Equipment. The Tenderer should have Accomplished at Least Two (2) Similar Supplies, Supplying an Organization/Entity (Similar to the Supply of Office Furniture, Office Chairs, Office Tables, and Related Furniture Supplies) Proven by the Related Two (2) Certificate of Good Completion. Similarity should be in Nature, Volume/Quantity and Complexity i.e. Supply of Furniture or Related Furniture Supplies. The Minimum Requirements and the Award Criteria are not Negotiable. However, the Contracting Authority may Also Decide not to Negotiate. In this Case, the Initial Tender is the Final Tender. When the Contracting Authority Intends to Conclude the Negotiations, it will so Advise the Remaining Tenderers and will Set a Common Deadline for the Submission of Any Bafos. Once Negotiations have Closed, the BAFO will be Compared with the Exclusion, Selection and Award Criteria. The Tenderer Whose Bafo Shows the Best Value for Money (Obtaining the Best Score Based on the Award Criteria Given below) will be Designated the Contractor for this Contract.
