Repair/Replacement And Day To Day Maintenance Of Lt Ug Cable Over Head Line Panel Boards Feeder Pillars Junction Boxes And Allied Works At Domestic Area Of Af Stn Jammu Under Ge Af Jammu. ; 1 Supply , laying , testing & CommissioningUG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm, 4 core,some cable shall be laid at new place withsuitable thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 2 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 16 sq mm, 4 core. 3 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 25 sq mm, 4 core. 4 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 50 sq mm, 3.5 core. 5 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 70 sq mm, 3.5 core. 6 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 95 sq mm, 3.5 core. 7 Description all as per item No-01 butsize 120 sq mm, 3.5 core. 8 Taking out of old serviceable / unserviceable PVC under ground LTcable of any size and type fixed on pole, wall or laid in floors, trenches, across road crossing etc ,including taking out of cable covers of precast PCC / RCC slab or brick cover etc setting aside serviceable materialsin safe custody for reuseor unserviceable materials consider as schedule of credit complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- i). Dismantling of clamps nuts bolts etc, taking out of GI pipe in cable protection shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule. ii) Cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of floors / walls in cement mortar 1:3 shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoated . However cost for making good the disturbed surfaces of roads with PCC and hard core filling is out of scope of this work and shall be measured and paid separetely under respective item 20 of this schedule. 9 Laying only of serviceable LT UG cable 95 sq mm, 3.5 core. of any size and type in trenches, floors, across road crossing, or fixed on poles, walls, or passing through pipe, cable obtained from item No. 09 here-in-before complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- Handling of UG cable to working site as ordered shall be carried out by the firm and rate for the same shall deem to be included in the unit rate . 10 Laying only of serviceable brick / PCC slab coverobtained from item No 9 here-in-before for cable protection cover laid width wise along length of cable complete all as specified and as directed. 11 Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type ofsoil for laying of LT UG cablescomplete all as specified and directed.Note:- The ratequoted deemed to including cutting and removal of PSP sheets wherever occured during excavation and the same shall be staged at desired location as directed at site. 12 Returning, filling in,including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thickin hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed. 13 Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-: Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose. 15 M&L for sub class "B" old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles complete all as specified and as directed. 17 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/road/plinth blocks of LT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement includingnecessary form work complete all as specified & directed. 18 Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 63 mm and inner dia 50 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, "O" ring etc, for protection of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed. 19 Supply and laying of DWC (Double Wall Corrugated) HDPE Pipe, ISI Marked IS 16205 Part-II, of outer dia of 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure under ground cable including all connected accessories like coupler, "O" Ring etc, for protection of cablecomplete all as specified and as directed 20 M&L for cutting through existing road surfaces i.e. surfacing PCC soling etc, and making trench of minimum 500mm wide 100cm in depth along the cross section of road for laying of pipes or UG cables, including returning filing in, well ramming & removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & repairs to road surfaces to match with existing specification after laying the pipes/cable etc complete all as specified & directed. 21 S&F cable route indicator made out of 25 x25 x 4 mm angle iron, 300 mm long embedded in PCC block of suitable size with moulded lettter LT CABLEsuitably incribed on CI circular plate 6 mm thick 60 dia complete including neccessary PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggrregate)block Protection class II (EN 61140) when correctly installed on the base and Panel internal sizeshould be not less than 590mm x 800mm x 220 mm. GRP material shall be Anti-corrosive suitable for saline atmosphere and have ambient temperatures of -50°C up to +120°C, Flammability HB 40 a, b (EN 60695-11-10),V-1. Glow wire tested at 960°C/ 3 mm as per EN 60695-2-12. The dimensional stability under heat is more than 200 °C as per ISO 75 – 2 method A . The enclosure is Halogen-free, resistant to termites. GRP cabinet should withstand minimum Di-Electric strength of 130KV/Cm as per IEC 60243-1. The Panel box shall have shall be equipped with GRP handle lock with Manual outer locking and the provision to insert various type of locking cylinders provided to avoid unauthorized access. The minor items such as Lugs, Nuts and Bolts, Washers, Top Insulators, Sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. shall be provided by the Contractor as directed.
