Note: The cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit and pit covers, funnel and watering pipe, wire mesh, charcoal dust and common salt,20/ 40mm dia, medium grade, GI pipe as protection to GI wire 4.0 mm as main earthing lead from earth electrode to main TPN MCCBs DB/MCB DB/ test point length not less than 7.5mtrs) shall be deemed included in the unit rate for earthing and testing complete all as specified and directed . 36 Taking down old service connection/sub main wiring of any description of aluminium/copper conductor including batten/conduit/suspension wire etc and making good disturbed surface to match the existing surface. 37 Taking down old unservicable DB with MCBs/Main switches/MCB SP/SPN of any description and in any position. 38 Taking down oldlight fitting of any type and size complete all as directed 39 Taking down old point wiring of any description and any position complete all as directed 40 ROAD, PATH AND HARD STANINGM&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using “HOT MARK” thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white and yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter fillers etc, thermoplastic requirement for glassbeadsshallbeconforming to BS-6086 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed. 41 SEWAGEDISPOSAL Construction of RCC Septic tank designedfor 100 users designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole opening with cover connection etc complete with effective depth of 1.5 m and overall depth of 3 m complete all as specified and directed. 42 Construction of Soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 2.40 m dia x 3.00 m effective depth complete all as specified and directed. 43 EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Cutting existing DI pipe line 150 mm dia for insertion of tee of size 150 x 150 x 100 mmfor branch connection including excavation and earth work complete 44 Supply, laying and jointing of ductile iron pipes with spigot and socket ends suitable for push on rubber tightened joint centrifugally cast, class(K-7), Inner side cement lining and outer side metallic zinc/black bitumen coating and any length , laid in trenches of 100 mm bore pipe including push on rubber (EODM) ring with ISI marked including special complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Please note cost of rubber tightened joints to be included in the above quoted rate. (ii) Excavation and earth work shall be masured and paid under respective schedule 45 Supply and fix Sluice valve 100mm bore both ends flanged class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle and 01 No hand wheel including making new flanged joint with 3 mm thick rubber gasket (Packing ring) with necessary bolt, nuts and washer of suitable size necessary including testing complete all as specified and directed. 46 Construction of Sub-class "B" brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 1200 mm X 1200 mm X 1200 mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work,150cmx 150cmx100cm thick base for foundation with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4)on internal & exposed surfaces including mild steel sheet cover ofsize 1m x 1m x 3mm thick and angle iron of size (40 x 40 x 5) mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 levers and in duplicate key (Make - Godrej or equivalent make as approved by GE complete) including two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface including necessary earthwork & demolition of existing old valve pit complete all as specified and directed. 47 Construction of Sub-class "B" brick masonry valve pit chamber of size 600 mm X 600 mm X 600 mm (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation & earth work,750cm x 750cm x 100cm thick base for foundation with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 230 mm thick brick work in cement mortar (1:6), 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4)on internal & exposed surfaces including mild steel sheet cover of size 75cm x 75cm x 3 mm thick and angle iron of size (30 x 30 x 5) mm frame around of valve pit, sheet welded on all four corners, locking arrangement with pad lock of size 50 mm brass, 6 levers and in duplicate key (Make - Godrej or equivalent make as approved by GE complete) including two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on prepared steel surface including necessary earthwork & demolition of existing old valve pit complete all as specified and directed. 48 EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :Supply installation, commissioning and testing of transformer ( Energy efficient, EEL-2, Level - 2 ) copper wound step down 200 KVA out door type 11/0.433 KV at no load 3 ph, 4 wire 50 HZ AC with oil immersed air naturally cooled (ONAN Type), with 1st filling of IS-335, external cooling tubes/radiators, Double wound core type copper wound having no load voltage ratio 11 KV/415 Volts corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (HV Side) and star connected on secondary side (LV Side) in accordance with vector symbol DYN 11 (Vector group-4) with neutral brought out on LV side and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter vary secondary voltage from ± 2 ½ %,± 5% and± 7 ½ % in step to be changed by mean of manual off load tap changing arrangements complete confirming to IS-1180 Pt-I 2014 with latest at the time of installation all as specified. The transformer shall be complete with following fittings and accessories:-(a) Oil conservator tank with filling hole and cap drain and oil level gauge.(b) Silica gel breather with oil seal and first fill of dehydrating agent.(c) Pressure relief valve with automatic resetting arrangement after release of pressure - 01 set.(d) Oil temperature gauge having range 0-120 C with max reading 100 mm dia with shut off valve between the conservator and main tank.(e) Adequate No of thermometer pocket including one number for accommodating bulb type thermometer.(f) Drain cum bottom valve. 49 (g) Top filter valve.(h) Prismatic oil level gauge.(j) Inspection cover.(k) Cover lifting lugs.(l) Jacking and lifting lugs.(m) Rating and diagram plate.(n) Separate neutral bushing brought out for earthing on LV side.(o) First filling of transformer oil confirming to IS-335-1972.(p) Earthing terminals -02 Nos located on diagonally opposite transformer tank base including lugs.(q) Transformer should have cable box on LT sideand brass bushings on HT side. 50 Notes- (i) Drawing should be approved by GE before placing order.(ii) Transformer shall be platformed mounted as per TD drawing No TD-669 sheet 1/1 complete and rates quoted against this items shall be deemed to include for this provision. (iii) The contractor shall arrange factory visit as detailed by accepting officer to check the above system.(iv) Transformer should be 5 star rated and internal losses not more than 1% allowed. 51 Supply and erecting Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 of 11 mtr long, all as specified and shown on drawings including the followings:-(a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work complete. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base.(e)Painting of poles externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint of appropriate colour in alternate layer upto height of 1.5 m above plinth block.(f) Painting of coping shall be cement base paint complete all as directed.(g) Embeded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (i) This item consists of provision of steel pole and work mentioned in para (a) to (g) only. All other connected work, shall be measured and paid separately. 52 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination jointindoor/outdoor type complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 53 Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for end termination jointindoor/outdoor type complete with jointing material heat shrink type and accessories suitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. 54 Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as directed. 55 M & L for DK Thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry, weather proof for outdoor installationand including glands and with 4 terminals for terminating oneincoming and outgoingUG cable of size 10/6 sqmm 2 core and fixed to the PSC/Steel Poles by means of suitable size of clamps with nut and boltswith suitable busbarall as spcd and directed. 56 S & F pole mounted enclouser made of UV stabilized,FR grade special moulding compound having facility duriation base switching ON / OFF of capacity 5 KW, singlephase, with suitable size of FI clamps 02 Nos with the following accessories and all as directed. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor. 60 M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on HT pole, cross arms ,MS channel, angle iron frame work, bracing etc including numbering of poles with black paintcomplete all as directed. 61 Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI tested as per IS-8623) LT panel board cubical, outdoor type, degree of protection IP-51, weather, dust and vermin proof , cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick and doors and covers 2 mm thick, shrouds & partitionsshall be of minimum 1.6mm thickness. with base frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase,50 Hz, 4 wire system with front and rear side openable with double shutters, hinged and locking arrangement and slanted roof. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under. The switch gears in the panel shall be such arranged so as to facilitate their maintenance and ease of inspection at the same time a adequate degree of safety.Minimum clearance of25mm and 19mm respectively shall be maintained between phases/phase to neutral/phase to earth and between neutral to earth. When for some reason, these clearances are not available, suitable insulation shall be provided. All insulating materials used in the construction shall be non-hygroscopic type duly treated to withstand the effects of high humidity, high temperature tropical ambient service conditions.
