Note : Ceiling fan/Exhaust fanshall be handed over to MES store 76 Taking down old unsv LT cable of 16 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed . 77 Taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed . 78 Schedule A Part - XVI (Outsourcing of services for operation of Lifts)Outsourcing of services for operation of electric lifts of any description (Passenger / load carrying capacity) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In Charge for following shifts during the Defects Liability Period i.e two years after the completion of Phase I on all the days, in 3 shifts(from0600 hrs to 1400 hrs and from1400hrs to 2200hrs 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) per day by employing one semi skilled operator with minimum 04 year experience in the trade for each shift and reliever on duty on all days incl Sunday and holiday and to attend and complete all tasks as specified and directed. NOTE: Operator is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all lifts and surrounding area of the installations.
