Collection Services. Requirements For A Potential Supplier: 1. The Legal Status Of A Potential Supplier - A Legal Entity Must Meet The Requirements Of The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan - Must Have A License To Provide Collection Services; 2. To Have Material, Financial And Labor Resources Sufficient To Fulfill Obligations To Provide Collection Services. 3. Implementation Of All Collection Service Operations On Special Collection Vehicles (Armored Vehicles); 4. Has Weapons (Firearms), Means Of Protection (Body Armor And Helmets), Means Of Communication (Stationary And Portable Radios) And The Appropriate Level Of Training Of Cashiers In Accordance With The Requirements Of The National Bank Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan; 5. The Seniority Of The Organizations Employees Is At Least 5 Years; 6. The Service Provider Has An Insurance Contract For Valuables; 7. Are Solvent, Are Not Subject To Bankruptcy Or Liquidation Procedures, Are Not In The Process Of Reorganization. 8. Payment Of The Commission Is Made No Later Than The 20Th Day Of The Month Following The Month Of Rendering Of Services, On The Basis Of An Invoice Issued By The Supplier. For Services, Collection In The Amount Of 0.25%¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬ Of The Volume Of Transported Cash, For Each Visit, But Not Less Than 4,500 (Four Thousand Five Hundred) Tenge For Each Visit To The Object Of Collection (In Including Vat) 9. From The Moment Of Conclusion Of The Contract Until 31.12.2025. 10. Banknotes Must Be Collected Strictly According To The Schedule.
