From Point: The Tenderer Uses The Electronic Registration System Of The National Professional Information System (Oszir). One Of The Systems Subsystems Is The Epidemiology System, Which Includes The Vaccine And Vaccine Logistics Subsystem. The Subsystem Is Used For The Stock Register Of Vaccines. Its Purpose Is To Keep Track Of Inventory Changes Affecting The Vaccine Stock Stored At Individual Stock Locations (Discarding, Settlement Of Deviations, Use). The Tenderer Must Declare In His Tender That He Will Ensure The Interface Connection Between His Computerized Records And Oszir Operating At The Contracting Authority Within 30 Days After The Conclusion Of The Contract, Or If The System Is Developed During The Term Of The Contract, The Bidder Undertakes To Adapt To The Developments In Order To Fulfill The Contract, And On His Part To Implement The Developments. The Tenderer Must Have An Instrumentally Controlled Warehouse Suitable For Storing The Amount Of Vaccine To Be Stored In The Period Between Storage And Delivery, Which Can Continuously Ensure A Temperature Of (+2)–(+8) °C, Suitable For Storing The Entire Amount Of Vaccine To Be Stored At The Same Time. In Addition, It Must Also Have A Storage Area Capable Of Continuously Providing A Temperature Of (-90 - (-15) Oc. If The Cold Store Temporarily Or Permanently Does Not Meet The Prescribed Requirements, The Bidder, The Distributor Must Immediately Provide Another Cold Store That Fully Meets These Requirements And The Bidder Must Have A Dry Warehouse That Is Suitable For Storing Accompanying Products That Do Not Require Refrigeration Accompanying Products Related To Vaccinations That Do Not Require Refrigeration (Syringes, Needles, Vaccination Booklets Belonging To Vaccines Or Vaccination Documentation (All Quantities Purchased At The Same Time). The Tenderer Must Have At Least Two (+2)–(+8) °C Temperatures Suitable For Transporting Vaccines Capable Of Continuously Providing, With A Refrigerated Vehicle, And Also Suitable For The Transport Of Firefighting Materials, The (– 90) - With A Refrigerated Vehicle Capable Of Continuously Providing A Temperature Of (-15) Oc. The Bidder Must Also Have A Medicine Wholesale License, Which Covers Medicines Requiring Special Storage Conditions (+2) -(+8) Oc And (- 90) - (-15) Oc For Storage And Transport. In Connection With The Fulfillment Of The Bidders Obligations Under The Distribution Agreement, The Vaccine, As So-Called Additional All-Risk Insurance Covering Foreign Goods Must Be Taken Out At The Time Of The Conclusion Of The Distribution Agreement And Must Be Kept In Force Identical To The Distribution Agreement Up To A Limit Amount Of Huf 10,000,000,000, I.E. Ten Billion Forints (Within Which The Limit Amount Of Insurance For The Inventory Value Is Huf 7,000,000,000, I.E. Seven Billion Forints ).
