Beneficiaries Of The Project: Direct Beneficiaries: 1. Patients Who Are Being Investigated Or Treated In Continuous Hospitalization At The Filantropia Craiova Clinical Hospital. 2. The Medical Staff Working In The Outpatient Clinic Of The Filantropia Clinical Hospital Indirect Beneficiaries: Residents Of The Municipality Of Craiova Who Can Go To The Outpatient Clinic, Benefiting From Such Complex Consultations And Investigations In Order To Establish Their Health Status. The Type Of Products, Their Quantity And The Technical Requirements For The Medical Instruments To Be Purchased Are Those Stipulated In The Specifications No. 434942/17.12.2024 And The Technical Sheets Attached To It, As Follows: -For Lot Iii- Medical Instruments: Technical Sheets No. 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 And 88; The Modification Of The Contract, During Its Validity Period, Is Done Under The Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. The Modification Of The Contract During Its Validity Period, Other Than In The Cases And Conditions Stipulated In Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Is Carried Out By Organizing A New Award Procedure, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law.
