Primary 8 Replacement of Exhausted/damaged Air cleaner element. Secondary 9 Replacement of Exhausted/contaminated Gear oil by fresh oil (80 W 90 ) =Qty @ 08 liters/Job 10 Replacement of Exhausted/damaged steering oil filter by fresh one 11 Replacement of Exhausted/contaminated steering oil by fresh one =Qty @ 2.5 liters/Job 12 Repair/ replacement of turbo repair kit 13 Brake booster kit Providing and Fitting: The Job shall include dismantling of the brake boosters form the Truck and taking the same to the workplace of the contractor. Thereafter, the Job shall include further dismantling the brake boosters ascertaining of the faults. Further the chambers of the booster be taken over the machine and the chambers be finished to the required size .Further the requisite new brake booster kits be fitted if required. Assembling back the chambers to the booster assembly and bring the same to the workshop for further fitment to the machine to check for the proper functioning ( Front Wheel) 14 Brake booster kit Providing and Fitting: The Job shall include dismantling of the brake boosters form the Truck and taking the same to the workplace of the contractor. Thereafter, the Job shall include further dismantling the brake boosters ascertaining of the faults. Further the chambers of the booster be taken over the machine and the chambers be finished to the required size .Further the requisite new brake booster kits be fitted if required. Assembling back the chambers to the booster assembly and bring the same to the workshop for further fitment to the machine to check for the proper functioning (Rear Wheel) 15 Propeller Shaft:- 16 Machining Job of the Propeller shaft along with providing and fitting of Universal Joint and clamps The Job includes dismantling of propeller shaft from the Vehicle at site and the propeller shaft be taken to the contractor’s workplace for further execution of Job over the Lathe machine. During machining, torsions need to be checked thoroughly and rectified. Both the ends of the propeller shaft may need cutting. A new half yoke to be fitted by way of welding along with a new universal joint and cross holder .The alignment of the assembly be finished and checked over the lathe machine once again. The spares once fitted and assembled need to be checked over Lathe machine to ensure the zero error before proceeding further .After the Job is complete the same needs to be carried back to the site for further fitment to the machine. Two numbers of new leaf springs are to be added on both sides by putting the leaf spring in position and inserting the mounting bolts and retainer Nuts at each end to secure the springs to the rear hanger. The U Bolt brackets are to be placed around the leaf spring and rear axle. The whole operation shall comprise replacement of, eyelet bolts from the eye bushes, shackle pins, center bolts, U Clamp with bolt washers, rear hanger washer and other requisite spares. The whole assembly shall be fitted back to the truck and greased properly to make the assembly work smoothly. 33 Re-Arching of the existing for rear suspension: The Job shall include dismantling of the rear wheel spring assembly of the truck completely on both sides, one at a time with the help of jacks. The leaf springs shall be cleaned and hammered/tempered by jack devices up to the required shape and requisite tension, followed by greasing.
