Tender For supply installation testing and commissioning Of 125 Kva Dg Set With Base Shed At Krishnagar Dc Home- 1 Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 3 phase, 415V, 50 HZ, 125 KVA Silent Diesel Generator Set comprising of Engine, Alternator, AMF panel, Base frame, Fuel tank, Battery, CPCB-IV+ approved acoustic enclosure incl all interconnection between Generator and AMF panel etc having following specification:(a) Make- KOEL GREEN / CROMPTON GREAVES / CUMMINS / VOLVO / CATERPILLER/ PARKINS /EICHER/GREAVES POWER/MAHINDRA / ASHOK LEYLAND(b)Aspiration- Turbo Charged. (c) No of Stroke- 4 (d) RPM- 1500 (e) Battery- 12 volt 120 AH or above with connecting leads & terminals. Make: Exide/ Amaron (f) Type of Cooling- Liquid Cooled.(g) Air Intake System- Air intake manifold with air filter system. (h) Exhaust System- Provided with turbo charger & residential exhaust silencer with flexible bellow and companion flanges inside the acoustic enclosure. (i) Coupling & Fly Wheels- Befitting coupling, Fly wheel & Fly wheel housing.(j) Lubricating System- Provided with Oil pan, engine mounted lube oil pump and lube oil filter along with first fill of lube oil. (k) Fuel System- Comprising of fuel pump with Electronic Governor, 12V solenoid coil and replaceable fuel filter. NOTE: i) Efficiency not less than 90% . ii) Warranty 2 Years or 5000 hours whichever is earlier.(including freight charg) &free maintenance with materials (different filter,mobil,coolant & etc) 4 DG PLATFORM Providing masonary platform for placement of 125 KVA DG, size L=5 mtr, W=2.4 mtr, Height=1.0 Mtr(400mm below GL, 600mm above GL) rectangular shaped to be made with 5" Brick soling, 10" brick wall in 4 four sides, sand filling the chamber and 5" RCC top single layer (M20 grade) with 3 mm thick neatly finished cement plaster all round incl 50x50x5mm MS angle around the adge of base. etc as per direction of EIC. 5 SHADEproviding shed for DG set by supply and Fixing galvanised corrogated G.I. sheet (0.63mm thick, Tata/Jindal/Bhushan) by suitable J hook, Nuts and bolts, washers on rectangular MS structure over50mm dia & 65mm dia MS pipe(Tata/Bansal) height 3.5 meter from the DG paltform & surrounded by 1000mm hight,125mm thick brick wall (except one side which totaly covered for installaing AMF panel).The MS structure is to be covered with 2mm dia GI net with door locking arrengement .The entire MS structure is to be painted by 1 coat RO primer and 2 coat synthetic enamel paint. etc as per direction of EIC. 6 Supply and Laying ofMS pipe ( Medium Gauge ) for exhaust incl. S & F of Fixing materials such as flanges , gaskets, angles, nut, bolts & Washers, heat insulating materials( 2" Glass wool with AL cladding) etc. as per direction of EIC. of following dimension:a) 150 mm dia 7 S & F Rain Protection cap on the top of the Exhaust Pipe. 8 Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts(For Neutral Earthing) 9 Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required Mtr 10 Supplying & fixing of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 25 mm x 6 mm for earthing connection between the body of the DG Setand earth electrode complete with GI bolts,nuts, washers, etc. as required.(For Body & Neutral earthing) 11 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe 12 Supply and delivery of 1.1 KV grade, 4 Core 120 sq mm. XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables.[Make: Gloster, HAVELLS, POLYCAB. 13 Laying of one No. cableupto 120 sqmm inunderground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth, withbrick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricksper Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cableand also the trenchwith shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed 14 Laying of cable upto 4 core 120 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting 15 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below For 4 Core upto 120 sqmm 16 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materialsFor 4 Core upto 120 sqmm 17 Supply, delivery and filling of diesel at site with arrengement of suitable size container for DG commissioning.
