The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Installation Of The System At The Place Of Future Use. As Part Of The Installation, The Contractor Provides Training For At Least Two People Selected By The Ordering Party, Lasting At Least 3 Business Days. 3. The Contractor Provides At Least A 12-Month Warranty Including Free Repair And Delivery Of Parts. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Equipment Along With Operating Instructions In Polish Or English. 5. The Contractor Undertakes And Ensures That The Equipment Will Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Compliance With All Regulations, Standards And Technical And Operational Requirements In Force In The Republic Of Poland, Including Product Safety And Labeling Of Products And Their Packaging, And Will Have All Required Approvals, Declarations, Certificates And Similar Documents In Accordance With Applicable Law. 6.
