The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The City Of Gliwice In The Scope Of Reconstruction Of: A) Stormwater Drainage Devices, Including Gravity And Pressure Sewage Networks, Sewerage Wells, Stormwater Inlets And Linear Drainage, B) Surface Reconstruction Works With Comprehensive Restoration Of The Area To Its Original Condition After The Works Performed.2. Technical Data Regarding Storm Sewage Networks, Manholes And Inlets - Gravity And Pressure, Located In The City Of Gliwice: A) Diameter Of Storm Sewage System: From Dn200 To Dn3000; B) Material (Networks, Manholes, Storm Inlets, Linear Drainage Systems): Concrete, Pvc , Polyethylene (Pe), Pehd, Polypropylene, Stoneware, Grp; C) Sewage Networks May Run Over Large Areas Depths, In Public Roads, Streets, Sidewalks, Green Areas, Dirt Roads, Roadsides, Private Properties, Under Watercourses (Siphons), Embankments, Viaducts, Bridges, In Suspensions And In Areas Requiring Supervision By A Conservator.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Contractual Provisions. Implementation Will Take Place On The Basis Of Orders Issued By The Ordering Party, Forwarded To The Contractor Via E-Mail.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Completed Price Form Constituting An Attachment To The Offer Form, According To Which Construction Works Performed Under This Order Will Be Settled. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Detailed Bid Cost Estimate Before Signing The Contract. The Value Of The Detailed Cost Estimate Submitted Should Be Calculated On The Basis Of The Quantities Given In The Price Form Prepared Solely To Provide Contractors With A Common Basis For Calculating The Bid Price. The Value Of The Price Form Submitted By The Contractor Will Only Be Used To Evaluate The Submitted Offer, And The Number Of Works Ordered During The Contract Implementation Period Will Depend On The Amount Of Funds Allocated For This Purpose In The Ordering Partys Budget.5. Works Not Included In The Detailed Offer Cost Estimates, For Which Unit Prices Have Not Been Indicated, Will Be Settled On The Basis Of A Complex As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Applicable Knr, Based On Rates No Higher Than The Minimum For The Silesian Voivodeship, Specified In The Current Sekocenbud Booklets And Using Rg , Ko, Z, (Man Hours, Overhead Costs, Profit) Not Higher Than The Minimum For The Silesian Voivodeship, Specified In The Current Secocenbud Notebooks.6. Required Warranty And Warranty Period For The Works Performed: 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Notification To The Competent Construction Supervision Authority Along With The Final Acceptance Report Of Construction And Assembly Works For Each Order.
