A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Price Form.3. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Pzp, However, The Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Defining The Subject Of The Order Are Minimum Conditions That The Ordering Party Will Expect To Be Met.
