On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Carried Out Before Examining The Documents For Compliance With The Requirements For Personal Status And The Selection Criteria. On The Basis Of Art. 114 Zop The Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Will Be Concluded On A Condition, Since At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure, Financing For The Entire Value Of The Public Procurement Has Not Been Secured.
