On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, In Force From 05.06.2001, Issued By The Minister Of Regional Development And Public Works, Pron. Dv. No. 51 Of June 5, 2001, Amended Dv. No. 44 Of June 2, 2017 , Territorial Planning Law, In Force From 31.03.2001 And The Bylaws On Its Implementation; Coordination Of The Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits According To Bulgarian Legislation; Obtaining A Building Permit And Legally Starting Construction; Execution Of Construction And Installation Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, Drawings And Tables; Carrying Out Authors Supervision Of The Ppe, Technical Solutions, Refinements And Changes To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Site And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre Office In Accordance With The Law On Cadastre And Property Register; Preparation Of Instructions For Maintenance And Operation Of The Veliko Tarnovo Wwtp; Training Of The Staff Of The Contracting Authority, Monitoring And Support Of The Operation And Maintenance Of The Object; Handing Over Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Deed Model 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And The Certificate Of Acceptance By The Engineer/Construction Supervisor; Samples After Completion Under Process Warranty; Period For Notification And Removal Of Defects - Monitoring Of Processes, Reaching The Design Parameters And Assisting The Personnel In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Newly Built Elements Of The Object; Removal At The Contractors Expense Of Defects Found In The Warranty Periods. On The Basis Of Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Foresees That The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Shall Be Carried Out Before Consideration Of The Documents For The
