The Object Of The Purchase Is Stainless Steel Container Barrels, Manufactured According To Technical Specification 79-79000-Ts-001, To Ensure The Containment Of Waste And The Prevention Of Uncontrolled Releases Of Radioactivity In The Environment, Respectively For The Intermediate Storage Of Solid Radioactive Waste At The Cernavoda Npp. For The First Subsequent Contract, The Delivery Term For Products Is 90 Days From The Date Of Approval Of The Quality Plan. For The Following Subsequent Contracts, The Delivery Term For The Products Is 90 Days From The Date Of Their Signing By Both Contracting Parties. The Supply Of The Products Will Be In Accordance With The Requirements And Technical And Performance Characteristics Requested In The Specifications Cs Ca #Cr 42360, Rev. 0 Of The Purchase. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract: 886,625 Lei, Without Vat. The Minimum/Maximum Quantities Expected To Be Required During The Framework Agreement, Respectively For A Subsequent Contract, Are The Following: 1. Stainless Steel Barrels For The Storage Of Radioactive Solid Waste - Quantity During The Framework Agreement: Minimum 1,000 Pcs - Maximum 1,800 Pcs - Quantity On A Single Subsequent Contract : Minimum 100 Pieces - Maximum 250 Pieces It Is Estimated That 2 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded Per Year. The Dates Proposed In The Estimated Timetable Represent The Intention Of The Procuring Entity, Not A Firm Commitment From The Procuring Entity Regarding The Award Of Subsequent Contracts, Based On The Working Assumption That No Unforeseen Events/Circumstances Will Occur That Could Not Be Taken Into Account At The Time Of Initiation The Award Procedure, Respectively The Necessary Financial Resources Will Be Provided.
