E-Learning Services – Development Of E-Training For Cpvs Employees. The Care Centers After Sexual Violence (Zsg) Provide Multidisciplinary Care For Victims Of Sexual Violence. There Are Currently 10 Centers Where Victims Can Go, Spread Across Belgium. The Zsg Are Partnerships Between Hospitals, Police Services And The Public Prosecutors Office. Within Each Partnership There Is A Location In Or Near The Hospital Involved That Serves As The Physical Zsg Department. The Multidisciplinary Offering Is Organized By All Partners From That Location. The Unique Context Of The Zsg Created The Need For Employees From Different Disciplines To Be Specifically Trained. The Aim Of The Institute For The Equality Of Women And Men Is To Develop A Training Program That Enables Hospital Employees To Perform Their Duties With The Necessary Theoretical Knowledge. The Current Assignment Concerns The Development Of An E-Training For Zsg Employees Affiliated With The Hospital Where The Zsg Department Is Located. This Assignment Consists Of Two Parts: - Post 1: Elaboration Of A Didactic Plan, More Specifically Providing Didactic Support In The Development Of The E-Training; - Post 2: Technical Development And Design. The Assignment Is Divided Into Three Phases And Runs From 2025 To The End Of 2027.
