cement Plaster of any thickness from brick or stone walls and concrete etc including raking outjoints, jacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including removal of rubbish outside Defence land, complete all as specified. 2 M&Lplaster of 15mm thick 1 :6 cement mortar on brick or conc surfaces finished even and fair incl necessary cement slurry . 3 S&F continuous (Piano) hinges in repair, mild steel, bright finish or electrogalvanised, width of flaps (when open) 30 mm, complete all as specified. 4 S&F 75mm size fancy type stainless steel handle in repair, cast type, polished bright, complete all as specified. 5 S&F ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball and brass body and striking plate in repair including letting in and fixed, complete all as specified. 6 S&F in 40 mm dia cup board knob in repair fixed with nut screw and washer of mild steel bright finish complete all as specified and directed. 7 S&F Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished,light shade, area of each tilesnot exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry andpointed in white or coloured cement to matchover 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 andincluding dismantling the existing tiles or terrazo floor with screed and removal of malba outcomplete all as specified and as directed. 8 All as per item No 7 above but on vertical surfaces of wall as in skiting/ dadoover 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling the existing tiles with screed and removal of malba out of MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 9 M&L for Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete including dismantling of existing all as specified and directed. 10 M&L Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding all as specified and directed . 11 S & Fin repairsvitreous China white European type WC with "P" or "S" trap for 100 mm bore , including connection to drain and to flushing cistern with pipe 32mm dia PVC pipe and fixing bolts complete all as specified . 12 S & F in repairs vitreous chinaware coloured wash hand basinofsize 550mm x 400mm complete including, CP Waste coupling , PVC waste pipe ,complete fixing arrangementand cutting for and pinningin walls & making good complete all as specifed and directed by Engr in complete all as specified. 15 S&F in repair fancy type chromium plated brass angle valve type suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified. 16 Supply & fix in repair PVC connection pipe of 1/2"x18" size with 2 Nos brass check nuts with washers, complete all as specified. 17 S & F in repair fancy type 150mm size square brass CP shower rose with long arm all as specified. 18 S&F in repair duplicate complete all as specified and directed . 24 S&F in repairfloor door stopper (150mm) of aluminium alloy body and tongue anodised with hard drawn steel spring fixed in floorin repair ,all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge. 25 S&F Factory Made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Solid door/window/Ceosetory windows & other frames/ chowkat of size 50 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 50-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers( wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives ( max toxicityindex of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face & 1100 N Edge), min compressive strength of 58N/sqmm and resistance to flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed with MS Holdfast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engr incharge.Note: For WPC solid door/windows frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.(mtc is to be submitted by contractor) 26 S&F Factory Made double rebated toxicityindex of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum frame density of 650 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face & 900 N Edge), min compressive strength of 50N/sqmm , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of min 14 microns thick of approved design and pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stailess steel butt hinges of reqd size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk, SS screws complete as per direction of Engr incharge.(mtc is to be submitted by contractor) 28 S&F Factory made solid panel pvc doorshutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement. The door frame shall be fixed to wall using 8/100mm long M.S Screwsthrough the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screws to provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 nos. for horizontal member etc 29 S & F Factory made solid PVC wire gauged/ glazed door and window shutter 30mm(styles)consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rail, MS frame shall becovered with heat moulded prelaminated PVC C channel having a prelam PVC sheetstrip of 20mm with stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam PVC sheet for top, lock and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottomrail. The wire gauge shall be stainless steel alloy wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average aperture 1.40mm, wrapped on an additional square 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tube and wire gauge shall be stretched to tightenfirmly complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F Factory Made Solid PVC doubledoor frameof size 120 x 50mm with a wall thickness of 5mm (+0.25) made out of extruded 5mm (+0.25) thick prelam PVC sheet of density 600kg/cum manufactured by an ISO-9001-205 certified company ,and by joining 3 Nos. heat moulded PVC section, The Hinge section of size 35 x 35mm shall be made from plain colour PVC sheet of 5mm (+0.25) thickness, the inside section will be covered with 5mm thick PVC sheet C shape covering section ofsize 120mm x 50mm. At centre top section of 5mm (+0.25) thick 50x50x50mm pattam section should be pasted with solvent cement adhesive to make double pattam of frame. The frame shall be mitre cut at two corners and joined with 4 Nosof 150mm long L brackets of 19mm x 19mm M.S square tube or joint by fusion heat welding. The two vertical doors frames are to beshall be reinforced with 25mm x 25mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge through out the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to wall using 8/100mm long M.S Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screws to provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 nos. for horizontal member etccomplete as per manufacturers specifications and direction ofEngr in charge. 31 Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames), complete all as specified. 32 Taking down chowkats or frames exc. 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm eachwith shutters (without taking off shutters from frames ), complete all as specified. 33 Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified. 34 Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each, and refixing in same opening complete all as specified. 35 S& F 35 mm thick flush shutterssolid core construction, with block board core and plywood face pannel, commercial type on both sides. Flush shutters shall have teak wood edging complete all as specified. 36 S&F 35mm thick 2nd class Hard woodrail & style , plain, framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail & panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides.The size of rail & style as per IS :1003 (Part I), Kilan seasoned & chemicals pressure treated, complete all as specified. 37 M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, open rebated and prepared to receiveglass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified. 38 S&F in repair fancy type chromium plated brass angle valve type suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete all as specified. 39 Dismantling boarding , any description, fixed in any position with screws complete all as specified. 40 S&F Powder Coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including aluminium alloy Powder coated standard 10mmsection window grill as per approved sample and as per IS specificationsjoining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified. 41 S&FPowder aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.),hinges type B-21 100mm long (2no.) suitable handle ,(01 no.) complete all as specified. 42 M&L for 16-18mmthick black granitestone work (table rubbed and polished) laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 as in steps, Jambs, pillars, window clips, cooking platforms and like,inlcuding pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, front and side of slab moulded and polished complete all as specified and directed. Granite stone slab shall be laid in single piece with rounding of edgesand a grove shall be provided beneath the projection portions of stone slab and provn of hole for gas pipe shall be provided. 43 S & F Steel windows and ventilators with side hung glazed and wiremesh shutters with Z section including projecting type hinge with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded.. 44 Dismantling boarding any description (board/plywood) fixed in any position with screw, complete all as specified. 45 S&F 18/19mm thick factory made PVC moulded solid board one side pre-laminated for cabinet boxes, crockery almirahs, books shelves etc with self and shutter full size fitted under/above the kitchen cooking platform and other rooms directed incl provn of fixing arrangement etc, complete all as specified and directed. 46 Schedule of Credit
