Tender For Special Repair To Bldg No 196/01-08 In Respect Of Or Md Accommodation Of 223 Fd Wksp Coy Under Ge (East) Lucknow.; 1 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any position n.exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level,complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) and similarworks. 3 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles. 4 M & L for brick work using old size fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 5 Ditto all as item No 4 above but except bricks (Using bricks recd in demolition) 6 M & L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed. 8 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 onfair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. 9 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 onfair face of brick work of walls, mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately. 10 Material & Labour for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm Note- Primer and emmulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine (Mechanical means) 11 M & L for preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemperwith roller on New surface of wall with Primer etc. complete all as specified and directed. 12 M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement,complete,all as specified. 13 Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI Marked. 14 Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. 15 M & L for Providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achive the surface even and smooth for painting. 16 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling & applying three coats of white wash,complete all as specified and directed. 17 M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of ceilling and applying one coat of white washing on ceilling complete all as specified and directed. 18 M & L for preparation of old previously treated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed. 19 M&L for applying three coat of white wash including preparation new plaster surface on wall, complete all as specified and directed. 20 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed. 21 S&F coloured non skid edge cut (joint free) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles, joint free 7 to 8 mmthick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38 sqm in floors with borders, incl over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floors complete all as specified and directed. 23 M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 600x300x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid in bedded cement mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed. 25 M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm screed bed (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and including granite polish on Kota slab stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. 26 Dittlo all as per above item No 25 above but except stone. 27 Dittlo all as per above item No 25 above but on vertical surface such as dado, skirting etc over 10 mm thick skirting in CM 1:4 … 28 M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as inplinth protection surface finished fair and evencomplete all as specified.
