Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Call For A Multidisciplinary Design Team For The Energetic Renovation Of 3 Youth Centers Or Hostels. The Object Of The Assignment Is The Call For A Multidisciplinary Design Team For The Energetic Renovation Of 3 Youth Centers Or Hostels. The Team Is Asked To Develop A Sustainable Proposal That Will Improve The Energy Performance Of The Youth Accommodation, Preferably To An Epc Nr A. Proposals That Only Concern The Techniques Will Not Be Retained. In Consultation With The Selected Study Team, Gro Will Be Used Throughout The Entire Process To Measure And Increase The Sustainability Of The Construction Project. At The Start Of The Assignment, Gro Will Be Used To Determine The Parameters In The Feasibility Study(S). The Assignment Is Divided Into 3 Lots: • Lot 1 Fixed Part: Energetic Renovation Of Youth Hostel De Veurs In Voeren. • Plot 2 Permanent Part: Energetic Renovation Of The Peace Village Youth Hostel In Mesen. • Plot 3 Conditional Part: Energetic Renovation Of Youth Accommodation De Valk In Laarne. The Assignment Will Be Further Described In The Specifications.
