Electricity - Purchase Of Electricity Produced From Renewable Energy Sources. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Buildings Of The University Of Tartu In Accordance With The Actual Consumption (Total Supply) In The Procurement Documents And Under The Conditions Specified In The Framework Agreement In Addition To It, For The Period From 01.03.2025 To 28.02.2026 At The Stock Market Price, To Which The Sellers Service Fee (Margin) Is Added. The Electricity Sold Must Be 100% Produced Every Month From Renewable Energy Sources Within The Meaning Of § 57 Of The Electricity Market Act1. The Annual Electricity Consumption Of The Buildings Of The University Of Tartu Is Approx. 18,500 Mwh. The Annual Volume Of Consumption Is Assumed, And Its Determination Is Based On The Consumption Volumes Of The University Of Tartu Objects (Appendix 1) In The Period 01.12.2023–30.11.2024. The Bidder Who Signed The Framework Contract As A Result Of The Public Procurement Buys Back The Electricity Produced By The Solar Parks Of The University Of Tartu (Shown In Appendix 1) And Sold To The Grid. The Amount Of Resale In 2024 As Of November 30, 2024 Was 20 Mwh. The Electricity Repurchase Margin Is Agreed In The Framework Agreement (Appendix 5).
