These Are Works That Include The Maintenance Of Woody Plants (Trees And Shrubs), Consisting Of Felling, Pruning, Milling Of Woody Plants And The Disposal Of Organic Matter, According To The Relevant Legal Regulations And Standards, As Follows From This Contract (Hereinafter Also Work). A Work Also Means Its Individual Part. Felling Of Trees - This Is The Felling Of The Trees In Question Based On The Decision To Permit The Felling Of Trees, Solving The Emergency Situation, I.E. Immediate Removal Of Uprooted, Broken Or Damaged Trees, Felling Of Trees For Safety And Health Reasons, All Fully In Accordance With Arboricultural Standards Sppk A02 005:2015 (Felling Of Trees), Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Occupational Safety And Health Standards Sppk 03 001-006, Hereinafter Referred To As Standards. Cuttings Of Trees And Shrubs - Will Be Carried Out In Full Accordance With Arboricultural Standards Sppk A02 002:2015 Cutting Trees, Cuts Will Be Specified According To The Nature Of The Tree And The Cut Requirement. Milling Of Tree Stumps Incl. Stump Attacks And Disposal Of Bio Matter. Chipping And Subsequent Transportation Of The Resulting Organic Material To A Landfill Or To Another Location As Determined By The Relevant Authorized Representative Of The Customer Or To Other Processing
