Training Simulators - Delivery Of 10 Pieces Of Dental Trainers - Highly Specialized Devices For Learning Dentistry Based On Virtual Reality, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Entitled Excellent University - Education For The Economy Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027, For The Jagiellonian University Medical College. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 Attention! The Ordering Party Informs That For The Purposes Of This Procedure It Uses Alternative Vocabulary Describing The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Trainer And/Or Simulator. 1.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Required And Additionally Scored Conditions Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required And Additionally Scored Conditions, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions. 1.4 The Contractor Is Required To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Properly Completed Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Required Conditions As Well As Additional Points For The Subject Of The Order, Signed With A Qualified Electronic Signature. 1.5 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1.5.1 Delivery Of Brand New Devices, Complete With All Required Components, Free From Any Traces Of Use, Not For Exhibition, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2024. 1.5.2 The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular Purchase, Transport, Packaging, Unloading, Bringing In, Setting Up, Installation And Commissioning In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (All Elements Necessary For The Installation And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Order Are Provided By The Contractor), Warranty Service And The Provision Of Warranty Services, And Conducting Training In The Operation Of The Subject Of The Order For Max. 50 Employees Of The Ordering Party (Training Details Presented In The Important Provisions Of The Contract). 1.5.3 All Necessary Accessories And Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered In Safe Packaging Such As Suitcases, Boxes, Trunks Enabling Storage And Transport. 1.5.4 The Subject Of The Order (Simulators/Trainers) Will Be Delivered With A Lifetime License For Computer Software; The Subject Of The Order (Simulators/Trainers) Will Be Covered By Free Software Updates During The Warranty Period; Perpetual License For System Software And Training Modules. 1.5.5 The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Institute Of Dentistry Of The Jagiellonian University Medical College, Ul. Montelupich 4, 31-155 Kraków, Room 152, 1St Floor, 1.5.6 The Contractor Will Ensure Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Within 56 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 1.5.7 Delivery Will Be Made On Business Days, I.E.
