Ensuring The Use Of An Electronic Legal Database, Legal Registration And Retrieval Computer System Accessible From A Web Browser For The National Court Office (1055 Budapest, Szalay Utca 16.) And 26 Courts (Courts, Courts And Tribunals) For 10,000 Simultaneous Users With The Following Related Services Together With: 1. Education: The Winning Tenderer Must, At The Start Of The Service, Separately For The Users, And Separately For The Provide E-Learning Education And Training Video For Administrators And Update It Annually. The Winning Tenderer Is Also Obliged To Provide A Minimum Of 4 Hours/Time Of Face-To-Face Or Online Practical Training To Its System Administrators And Key Users Who Request A Total Of Five Times At A Time Agreed In Advance With The Winning Tenderer, With A Maximum Of 50-50 Participants Each. 2. Operational Support: The Winning Tenderer Is Obliged To Provide Contract-Related Information And General Information On Any Issue Concerning The Database On Working Days Between 8:00 A.M. And 5:00 P.M. To Operate An E-Mail Customer Service (Helpdesk) Service. Outside Of The Above Period (Including Rest And Holidays), The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Operate A Continuous E-Mail Customer Service To Provide Information Related To The Contract, General Information On Any Issue Affecting The Database, And It-Related Questions Related To The Database And Its Management, In Order To Solve Problems And Errors. 3. Expectations Related To User Administration (General And Local Superuser) 4. The Winning Bidder Must Undertake Guaranteed Availability For Continuous, 0-24 Hour Availability Of The Database. The Value Of The Guaranteed Availability Is 99.6% Per Quarter, That Is, The Maximum Period Of Downtime Allowed Per Quarter Is 9 Hours. The Value Of The Guaranteed Availability Does Not Include Planned Maintenance According To The Previous Paragraph. 5. Quantity: 10,000 Concurrent Users. The Content And Functional Requirements Of The Legal Database, As Well As A Detailed Description Of The Related Services, Are Contained In The Technical Description.
