The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Phase I Of Construction Works And Accompanying Works At The P+R Połczyńska Parking Lot Located At Ul. Połczyńska 8 In Warsaw, As Part Of The Investment Task C/Om/I/P1/64 Eko P+R Połczyńska, Along With Ensuring The Possibility Of Starting To Use The Entire Parking Lot After The Completion Of Phase I Construction Works. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works And Accompanying Works, Which Include, Among Others: 1) Construction Of A Rainwater And Meltwater Retention System, Along With The Construction Of Retention Reservoirs, Including An Open Reservoir Retention Pond Of A Recreational Nature, 2) Road Works Including, Among Others: Reconstruction Of The Road System Along With Unsealing The Concrete Coating By Replacing The Surfaces Of All Parking Spaces With Permeable Surfaces, 3) Reconstruction Of Existing Pedestrian Routes, Including Replacing Their Surfaces With Permeable Surfaces, 4) Construction Of Free-Standing Roofs With Green Roofs And Photovoltaic Installations, 5) Reconstruction Of The Building Facilities Including The Construction Of A Green Roof, 6) Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage And Water Supply Installations Including The Construction Of Irrigation Systems For Green Roofs And Green Areas, 7) Expansion And Reconstruction Of Telecommunications And Electricity Installations, Including The Construction Of Photovoltaic Installations And Electricity Storage Facilities For The Retention System, 8) Construction Of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations And A Parking Fee Collection System, 9 ) New Development Of The Parking Area Of The Park Part, Including: Renovation Of Green Areas, New Plantings, Construction Of A Community Garden, Construction Of Educational Routes, Construction And Assembly Of Small Facilities Architecture, Construction Of A Parking And Educational Information System, Construction Of Bioretention Basins, Construction And Installation Of Educational And Parking Information, 10) Disassembly And Reassembly (Including Connection And Commissioning) Of Devices And Equipment Installed In The Parking Lot And Indicated In The Design Documentation, 11) Execution Of The Necessary Works And Construction Works In The Parking Management Center Located In Warsaw, At Ul. Kasprowicza 145, Which Will Enable Remote Supervision, Control And Control Of Installations And Devices Installed In The Parking Lot, 12) Staging Construction Works In A Way That Ensures Limited Functionality Of The Parking Lot During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 13) Carrying Out The Necessary Construction Works In The Parking Lot In Order To Provide Drivers With Cars Persons The Possibility Of Continuous And 24-Hour Use Of Separate Parts Of The Parking Lot (Minimum 200 Parking Spaces With Transport) Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, 14) Performance Of The Necessary Temporary Works And Purchase Of Temporary Equipment In Order To Implement The Subject Of The Order, 15) Providing The Ordering Party With Oral And Written Information On The Progress Of Works And The Scope Of Construction Works And Accompanying Works, 16) Preparing The Po Documentation
