Construction Work - Construction Of A New Wing Of The General Hospital In Kolno For The Purpose Of Establishing A Care And Treatment Facility In The Design And Build Formula. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A New Wing Of The General Hospital In Kolno For The Purposes Of Establishing A Care And Treatment Facility In The Design And Build Formula, On The Basis And Within The Scope Specified In Particular In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And The Contract Template. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). Information On The Principles Of Delivery, Warranty And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 12 To The Swz - Contract Template. 3) Design Work Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program. The Investment Consists Of: A) Preparing Complete Design Documentation (Construction Design And Detailed Designs) Along With Obtaining All Required Arrangements And Permits, Including A Valid Building Permit, B) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Construction Design And Building Permit, C) Obtaining The Required Permits And Decisions In Accordance With Legal Requirements. 4) Detailed Description Of The Employers Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Including Design And Construction Works: A) The Scope Of Construction And Installation Works Should Be Performed Based On The Contractors Own Executive And Construction Design By Authorized Persons, Developed On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program, B) Technical Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5) The Scope Of Tasks Includes: 1. Stage I - Preparation Of Full Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit, 2. Stage Ii - Reconstruction Of The Underground Rainwater Drainage System, 3. Stage Iii - Expansion Of The Main Building With A New Pavilion And Connector, Stage 1: Shell State Closed, 4. Stage Iv - Expansion Of The Main Building And The Connector, Stage 2: Installation Works, 5. Stage V - Expansion Of The Main Building With A New Pavilion And Connector Stage 3: Finishing Works, 6.
