The Scope Of Work Includes At Least The Following Elements: Review And Analysis Of The Available Project Documentation For The Planned Activities, As Well As Its Alignment With The Laws Of The State; Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Conceptual Phase In Terms Of Technological And Technical Project For The Site Construction Of A New Harmanli Wwtp, According To The Regulatory Requirements For The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; Coordination Of The Investment Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Laws Of The State; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permissions According To The Agreement; Execution Of Construction And Any Other Incidental And Related Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Laws Of The State And The Contract; Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Construction In Accordance With The Laws Of The State, Technical Decisions, Refinements And Amendments Of The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Construction Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Construction And Provision To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre Of Data According To The Laws Of The State. The Option Selected In The Rpip For Technological Wastewater Treatment Provides For The Following: Requirements For The Project Decision To Prepare A Conceptual Project In Part Technological And Technical Project For The Site: Construction And Commissioning Of The Harmanli Wwtp According To The Accepted Provisions In The Approved Rpip For Water And Sewerage , Ltd. Haskovo. The Proposed Construction And Commissioning Of The Wwtp Aims To Achieve The Purification Of Waste Water In The Sewerage System In Question Up To The Normative Parameters In Ordinance No. 2 Of 06/08/2011.
