The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Following Elements: Development Of Executive Designs And Execution Of Construction Works For: - Modernization And Construction Of Line No. 38 As A Double-Track Line On The Section From Existing Km 3+591 To Existing Km 98+800; - Reconstruction Of Lines 515, 516 And Leaving Single-Track Sections: Line No. 515 On The Section From Km Ist. 1+278 To Km Ist. 1+915, Line No. 516 On The Section From Km Ist. 1+383 To Km Ist. 1+917. Basic Scope: Modernization And Construction Of Line No. 38 As A Double-Track On The Section: - From Existing Km 3+591 To Existing Km. 25+204, Hereinafter Referred To As The Białystok - Knyszyn Section, - Modernization And Construction Of Line No. 38 As A Double Track On The Section From Existing Km 61+061 To Existing Km. 98+800, Hereinafter Referred To As The Osowiec - Ełk Section, - Reconstruction Of Lines 515, 516 Along With Leaving Single-Track Sections: Line No. 515 On The Section From Km Ist. 1+278 To Km Ist. 1+915, Line No. 516 On The Section From Km Ist. 1+383 To Km Ist. 1+917. Together With Accompanying Infrastructure And Road Systems. The Basic Scope Covers All Industries, Excluding Elements Covered By Option Rights No. 1, 2, 3 And The Interface Option. Option No. 1: Modernization And Construction Of Line No. 38 As A Double-Track Line On The Section From Existing Km 25+204 To Existing Km 61+061, Hereinafter Referred To As The Knyszyn - Osowiec Section In All Sectors, Accompanying Infrastructure And Road Systems. Option No. 2: Preparation Of Construction And Executive Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Arrangements And Decisions, As Well As Construction Of A Railway Viaduct With A Road System And The Necessary Infrastructure In Grajewo. Option No. 3: Preparation Of Construction And Executive Documentation And Obtaining The Necessary Administrative Arrangements And Decisions, As Well As Construction Of A Passage Under The Tracks Along With The Necessary Infrastructure Along The Street.
