The Designated Contractor Should Carry Out The Activities Included In The Scope And Description Of This Documentation, Namely: Review And Analysis Of The Available Project Documentation For The Planned Activities, As Well As Bringing It Into Line With The Current Bulgarian Norms For Design And Construction, Zut And Secondary Legal Acts On Its Implementation; Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For The Site: Reconstruction Of Water Supply Pipes And Facilities, City Kavarna Dobrich District, According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, Zut And The Bylaws On Its Implementation; Coordination Of The Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework; Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits According To Bulgarian Legislation; Ensuring Compliance Assessment Of Conceptual Design; Obtaining A Building Permit And Legally Starting Construction; Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Employer, Drawings And Tables; Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Zut, Technical Solutions, Additions And Amendments To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation; Preparation Of Executive Documentation, Cadastral Surveying Of The Entire Site And Provision Of Data To The Relevant Office Of Geodesy, Cartography And Cadastre According To Art. 175 Par. 5 Of The Law On The Cadastre And Land Registry; Handing Over Of The Object And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, With Deed Model 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Certificate Of Acceptance By The Engineer; Samples After Completion; Commissioning Of The Facility With Protocol Form 16 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction /Without The Issuance Of Form 16 Being Included In The Completion Time/; Period For Notification And Removal Of Defects - Reaching The Design Parameters And Assisting The Staff In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Newly Built Elements Of The Object; Removal, At The Contractors Expense, Of Identified Defects. The Specific Activities, As Well As The Requirements For Their Implementation, Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications, Which Are An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
