Overhead Contact Line Test Devices (Olpe) Are Used To Check For Short Circuit On The Contact Line After A Short Circuit Of The 15Kv 16.7Hz Traction Current Supply. If The Contact Line No Longer Presents A Short Circuit During The Test, The Circuit Breaker Is Reset And The Power Supply Is Restored. There Are Two Versions Of This Device: Indoor And Outdoor. Today, This Is Achieved By Using Different Components (Agp For The Interior And Control Switches, Converters, Control Resistors For The Exterior). In The Future, The Portfolio Will Be Supplemented By Another Unit: With Only One Device For Control, The Space Requirement And The Number Of Devices Required Will Be Reduced In The Outdoor Version (Removal Of Control Resistor, Control Switch And Control Transformer) . The Purpose Of This Call For Tenders Is To Award A Contract For The Purchase Of Approximately 10 Olpe Per Year For 3 Years, With Two Options For Each Additional Year.
