Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From The Golczewo Commune From Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties. The Subject Of The Order Is In Particular: 1) Provision Of Services In The Golczewo Commune In The Period From March 1, 2025 To February 28, 2027 In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential And Uninhabited Properties And Those Generated On Properties Where Summer Houses Or On Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes, Used Only For Part Of The Year And Transport Collected Waste To The Regional Waste Management Plant In Słajsin, As Well As Collection Of Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Collected In Pds-Kt Containers Placed In 19 Locations In The Golczewo Commune; 2) Equipping The Property With The Required Number Of Bags And Containers For Municipal Waste; 3) Collection Of Waste From The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste (Pszok) In Golczewo And Its Transport To The Regional Waste Management Plant In Słajsin In Accordance With Applicable Provisions Of National And Local Law; 4) Securing And Enabling Owners Of Real Estate Residing In Single-Family Buildings To Rent Or Purchase Municipal Waste Containers For A Fee, Complying With The Provisions Of The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Golczewo Commune; 5) Collection And Transport Of Waste From Street Bins Located At Bus Stops, On The Streets Of The City Of Golczewo And From The Golczewo Commune, Including: From Playgrounds And Recreational Areas, As Well As Waste Collected Next To The Mentioned Containers; 6) Collection And Transport Of Mixed And Selectively Collected Waste After Notification From Places Indicated By The Ordering Party; 7) Maintaining Cleanliness Around The Handled Containers.
