Tender For Preventive Maintenance And Repair Of Ht Installations At Af Stn Digaru (3Rd Call)- 1 Supply, joining and testing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. 2 Supply, joining and testing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 185 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. 3 Supply, joining and testing in repairs cable straight though cable jointing kit (Heat shrinkable type) for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with and including materials and including accessories suitable 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core and including provision of aluminium thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Supply, joining and testing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. 5 Supply, joining and testing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed ) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 185 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed. 6 Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor/ wall etc, complete including taking out existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed. 7 Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually not exceeding 2mm deep in soli below existing roadsuitable for passing GI/MStubing of 80 to 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. 8 Supply,laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.Note 1:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing materials shall be measured and paid for separately. 9 Supply,laying testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 185 sqmm 3 core including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.Note:-HT Cable laying in existing trench at 33 KV MRS, Hence excavation and earth Work has not been required at existing in place of 33 KV MRS. 10 Inspecting, Servicing, testing and calibration of 33 KV SF 6/ VCB Breaker with control relay Panel as recommrnded by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associates of M/s Cromptom Greaves Company.(a) Properly clean the VCB with a CRC-226 & ensure proper lubrication in VCB (Electrical contact cleaner).(b) Removal of old grease & regreasing the same with recommened grease.(c) Check condition of SIC contacts, alignment jaw contacts proper tightening of harware, proper closing of all poles together.(d) Check & adjust gap between hyleum sheet and side plate.(e) Cheks pressure of all circlips.(f)(i) Check IR between Phase-Phase (VCB closed condition). (ii) Phase-Earth (VCB closed condition). (iii) Phase -Earth (VCB in open condition).(g) Any faulty spares/parts to be replaced with new one.Note:-Necssary certificate of clabration to be submitted by the contractor. 11 Supply and fixing of Neumerical Relay for OC/EF, 110V DC for 33 KV/11 KV CR panel as recommended by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associates dealer complete all aspecified and directed.Cat part No: TCS CG114S 12 Supply and ficing of Spring charging AC Motor for indoor 11/33 KV CR/VCB Panel as per existing in place recommended by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associates dealer complete all aspecified and directed.DELCO 13 Supply and fixing of Digital Multifunction Meter for 11/33 KV CR/VCB Panel as per existing in place recommended by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associatesdealer complete all aspecified and directed.Make: Secure Elite 445 14 Supply and fixing of Digital Voltmeter/Ammeter for 11/33 KV CR/VCB Panel as per eixsting in place recommended by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associates dealer complete all aspecified and directed.Make secure 15 Supply and fixing of LED Indicator bulb for 11-33 KV CR/VCB panel as per existing in place of any color i.e Red, Yellow, Blue, Green and white recommended by OEM by deploying expert insector cum engineer and helper of authorised associated dealer completeall aspecified and directed. Make 2 JVS Semeplorp 16 Supply & fix in repair porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity 63 KVA-300 after removing the old u/s studs/bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil complete all as specified and as directed. 17 All same as Per item No 16.00 here in before but LT bushings.Note:-For item No 16.00 and 17.00 The Transformer Repair/Servicing works shall be carried out only by engaging specialized and experienced technicians. The rate shall be included making necessary arrangements to remove the oil in the conservator in safe drums and refilling after the repair works. 18 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of HT under ground cables. Complete all as specified and directed. 19 Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in layer, complete all as specified directed. 20 Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for sand conshionig to trenches existing cable trenches for cushioing of HT underground cable including spreading levelling well ramming in lavers not exceeding 25CM in thickness complete all as specified and directed. 22 Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover laid flat dry laid perpendicular to the length of under ground cable in trenches for cable protection complete of class HV type 1 flat of size 300MM x 180mm x 40mm complete all specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. 23 S&F in repair, 11 KV, 200 Amps, outdoor, tilting type, gang operated, air break off laid disconnecting switch, triple pole, each consists of galvanized channel base HT insulator, non - ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horn of adequate section of break magnetizing current of the transformer, horizontal GI pipe of adequate length for phase separation and for operation from ground level and operating handle, complete with locking arrangement on both ON and OFF position, all ferrous parts shall be hot dipped galvanized and non ferrous parts to withstand weather suitable for vertical mounting and conforming to IS 1818-1961, complete all as specified and as directed. 24 S&F in repair lightening arrester, non-linear metal oxide type, complete with and including all fittings, transmission/ distribution class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11 KV, outdoor type and also including necessary connection fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994, complete all as specified and as directed. 25 S&F in repair, for HT drop out fuse unit suitable for 200 A capacity, 11KV, (Two post insulators per pole) with and including HT barrel fuse with holder and also including necessary connection ACSR conductors, complete all as specified and directed. 26 Dismantling of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced, complete all as specified and directed. 27 M&L for Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced of size as per existing for making connections to CTs, PTs, GODs and Droup out fuses, complete all as specified and directed. 28 Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of preparation of exposed surfaces, application of one coat of red oxide primer and thereafter 2 coats of alluminiuam paint, complete all as specified and directed. 30 S&F Pin type, procelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvnished mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanied iron nut, 150mm dia, for 11 KV grade including taking down, complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for cement concrete type B2(1:2:4) (using 40mm graded stone aggrgate) for pole foundation and copeing including provision of necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L Hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm with broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. 33 Surface dressing in hard / dense soil / aggregate not execeeding 15Cmdeep and clearing all the grass weeds etc in the 2/4 pole structures GODs and various unmanned No of sub station and including other E/M installation as directed after removing and spreading back the aggreagated by doing twice a month upto the completion of CA in each sub station and E/M installation as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 34 Material and labour for Danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nut etc.Complete of size 25 x 20 cm for HT 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed incl. taking out old UNSV notice plate. 35 Material and labour for Danger notice plate 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nut etc.Complete of size 25 x 15 cm for LT 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed incl. taking out old UNSV notice plate. 36 Material and labour for Anti Climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS Bars (Round Square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suite the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed. 37 M & L for HT Cable route indicator with a welded / riveted disc of 4 inch dia and engraved with cable with cable route marker made out of angle iron 40 x 40 x 4 mm thick dug in ground with in and incl PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregated at approx distance 100 mtr including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 38 M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 140mm C/C both ways, 10mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc. 39 M&L earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground in vertical position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to copper earth lead of size 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point and including dismantling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:1.5:3, type A1 cover slab, 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 140mm C/C both ways, 10mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20 mm bore medium grade GI watering pipe, 15mm bore GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer etc. 40 Supply only transformer Oil conforming to IS-335 (make : POWER OIL/HP/BP/SAVITA TRANSOL) for toping up/oil change of Transformers of any capacity at different locations, complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) The dielectric strenght of the transformer oil shall not be less than 55KV in 2.5mm gap electrode. (ii) Quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for testing of transformer oil from CPRI/ Govt approved lab as per relevant IS and submission of necessary test reports. 41 Vaccume dihydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations, after filteration, Di electric strength shall not be less than 55 KV in 2.5mm gap electrode, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderatin from CPRI/ Govt. approved Lab as per relevant IS. The contractors quoted rates shall also be declared to include for this element. Note :- Transformer Oil after dehyderatin shall be measured and considered for the payment under the above item. 42 M&L for spray painting of 2.5 MVA capacity power transformers applyying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparing the old painted surfaces by removing the paint flakings from the transformer body surfaces complete all specified and as directed. 43 Material and labour for painting of Transformers outer body of capacity 100 to 150 KVA including cleaning / preparing the old painted surface before spray paint existing colour of transformer all as specified and directed. 44 Cutting / trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 1.5 meters from the over head line to nearby trees complete all as specified and as directed.Note:-Only effected length of over head conductor (length of only one conductor for the effected area) shall be measured as per running meter for payment purpose. 45 S & F silica gel of superior qualityof 6 to 12mm grade, blue in coloure, complete all as specified and directed. 46 Material and labour for painting of 11m steel pole with cross Arms, Clamp of any length and shape for HT overhead line with two coat of aluminium paint including prepration of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 15cm dia yellow circle & marking three black & two yellow bands width 30 Cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5 Mtr height, complete all as specified and directed. 47 S & F for Current Transformer (CT) of cap 11KV Range 300-150/5-5A indoor complete all as specified and directed suitable for CG Panel
