Funding Of The Contract This Contract Is Financed Up To 70% Of The Estimated Investment Cost [Cost Of Supply, Installation And Connection To The Electricity Supply Network] By The Granting Authority, Through The Program Of The Ministry Of Infrastructure And Transport Charging Everywhere, And By The Remaining Percentage Of 30% From The Concessionaires Own Resources. After The Award Of The Tender To A Specific Concessionaire Is Completed And The Contract Is Signed, The Concessionaire Submits A Request To Join The Charging Everywhere Funding Program In Accordance With The Terms And Procedure Of The Program. For The Disbursement Of The Amount, What Is Detailed In The Terms Of The Recharge Everywhere Program Applies. If The Concessionaires Request Is Not Accepted Due To His Fault, He Is Obliged To Execute The Contract With His Own Resources. The Above Funding Is Granted With The Aim Of Creating Incentives For The Development Of Publicly Accessible Recharging Infrastructures, Is Compatible With The Internal Market In Accordance With Article 36A Of Regulation (Eu) 2021/1237, Which Amended The General Exemption Regulation Of The European Commission ( Eu) With No. 651/2014, And Is Exempted From The Notification Obligation Provided For In Article 108 Par. 3 Of The Tfeu. The Amount Of 371,294.00 Euros, Has Been Pre-Committed Following A Relevant Request Of The Contracting Authority (Municipality Or Superior Body) In The Information System Of Action. 1.3 Brief Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Concession The Object Of The Contract Is The Installation, Management, Operation And Maintenance Of Publicly Accessible Electric Passenger Vehicle (E/V) Charging Stations Within The Geographical And Administrative Boundaries Of The Municipality And In Points And Areas That Belong Exclusively To The Ownership And Local Jurisdiction Of The Municipality According To The Approved Electric Vehicle Charging Plan (S.F.H.O.) Of The Municipality. It Is Clarified That The Entire Sfeo Of Each Municipality Is Not The Object Of The Concession, But Only The Part Of It That Concerns Electric Passenger Cars, Taxis, Buses And Trucks. Therefore, The Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of Charging Stations For The Service Of Micro-Mobility, I.E. Electric Bicycles And Electric Skates, Is Not An Object Of The Concession.
