Seven Low-Floor Electric Buses (Bev) With The Necessary Infrastructure For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Vehicles Together With Renewable Energy Sources. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 7 Pieces Of Brand New Single-Section Electric City Buses, Along With Charging Infrastructure, Constituting An Element Of A Family Of Highly Unified City Buses, From One Manufacturer (Brand), With A Total Length From 11,500 Mm To 12,200 Mm; Width And Total Height In Accordance With The Conditions Of Admission To Traffic. 1) The Bus Must Have At Least 70 Seats, Including 20 Seats And At Least 6 Accessible From The Low Floor. Vehicles Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502). 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Provide A Warranty On The Terms Specified By The Ordering Party, - Grant A License For The Software Of The Equipment Supplied Or Issued Together With The Subject Of Delivery, - Conduct Training For 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Operation And Maintenance Of Buses. The Training Will Be Carried Out On The Date Agreed With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than 10 Days After Receipt Of The First Buses, - Provide Service Assistance Under The Conditions Specified In The Terms Of Reference And In The Contract. 3) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Charging Infrastructure For Electric Vehicles (Bev) Located At The Bus Depot Of Mzk Piła Sp. Z O. O. – 7 Charging Points: A) Delivery Of 3 Double-Station Chargers (6 Charging Points) Enabling Charging One Vehicle With A Power Of 120 Kw Or Two Vehicles - Each With A Power Of 60 Kw, B) Delivery Of 1 Charging Station With A Power Of 60 Kw (1 Charging Point) , C) Delivery Of The Necessary Infrastructure (Including An Mv/Lv Transformer Station Enabling Simultaneous Power Supply Of The Charging Infrastructure, In Accordance With The Assumed Power Of The Chargers), D) Delivery And Installation Micro-Installations Of Renewable Energy Photovoltaic Panels With A Capacity Of 50 Kwp. The Installation Will Be Located On The Premises Of The Ordering Partys Depot In Piła At Ul. Północna 4, At Ground Level, On Plot No. 441/3, E) The Contractor Is Responsible For: - Performing All Works Related To Its Assembly And Commissioning And Adapting The Transformer Station To Connect The Photovoltaic Installation By Providing A Power Connection Point In The Transformer Station On The Premises Of The Ordering Party, - Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including From The Dso, - Performing All Works, Tests And Acceptances Necessary For The Installation And Commissioning Of The Charging Infrastructure And Res Installations, - Commissioning Of The Res Installations, - Preparation Of Documentation As-Built. F) Training 3 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Operation Of Renewable Energy Installations, G) Adapting Vehicles To A Standard Consistent With The Equipment In The Scope Of Operating The Passenger Information System Included In The Ordering Partys Vehicles, H) Equipping Buses With Security Systems
