The Scope Of The Public Procurement Essentially Includes Construction, Repair And Assembly Works (Smr) Of: Building No. 18 - Cinema Hall In Bp 1276 Of The Artillery, Air Defense And Csi Faculty, Town Shumen, With An Expanded Built-Up Area Of 1,512.35 M2, Described In The Attached: Project, Sample Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specification. When Performing The Smr, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Of The Construction, Technical, Technological Rules And Regulations For The Relevant Activities, As Well As The Requirements Of The Employer. The Project Is Developed In Parts: Geodesy, Architecture, Structures, Electrical, Artistic Lighting And Sound Installation, Heating, Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Gasification, Energy Efficiency, Water Supply And Sewerage, Fire Alarm, Fire Safety, Voice Notification, Safety And Health Plan, Plan For Construction Waste Management. The Technical Requirements Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specification And Project, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. The Intended Quantities And Types Of Smr Are Detailed In The Bill Of Quantities Template. According To Art. 5, Para. 6, Item 1.3.2 Etc. 1.3.4 Of The Regulations For The Procedure For Entry And Maintenance Of The Central Professional Register Of The Builder, In Connection With Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3, Letters C And G Of The Law On Territorial Development (Zut), The Object Is The First Group, Third Category. Construction Permit Rs No. 702 Dated 04.04.2024 Was Issued For The Site. The Present Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Zop (Reverse Order Of Examination - The Evaluation Of The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Is Carried Out Before Conducting A Preliminary Selection). Note: The Equipment Described In The Attached Documentation, Which Is Not Included In The Sample Bill Of Quantities, Is The Subject Of A Separate Delivery And Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Order (Such As: Chairs, Sound, Artistic Lighting, Video And Multimedia). The Information Provided In This Matter Serves For The Information And Maximum Awareness Of The Participants Regarding The Expected End Result. The Listed Equipment Is Not Necessary For Carrying Out The Construction And Implies The Participation Of Various Economic Operators Whose Subject Of Activity May Be Different From Construction. The Order Is Announced Under The Terms Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Under Condition), Since Full Funding Was Not Provided When The Procedure Was Opened.
