Żernicka/Objazdowa As Part Of Project No. 159/Wbo 2023 - Greenery And Sport In The West - Pracze Odrzańskie, Żerniki And Nowe Żerniki, Located On Plots: No. 38, 39/2, Am-40, Żerniki Precinct And Fragments Of Plots No. 1, No. 40 , No. 49/2 Am-30, Żerniki District In Wrocław. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts: Part I: Execution Of Construction Works: 1) Demolition And Dismantling (Demolition Of Surfaces: Mineral And Concrete Cubes, Disassembly Of Benches And Garbage Bins), 2) Execution Of Surfaces Of Hardened Paths: • Mineral Surface, • Wooden Surface With Seats, • Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements: Waste Bin (3 Pieces), Park Bench With Backrest (3 Pcs.), Park Bench Without Backrest (2 Pcs.), Information Board (1 Pc.), Regulation Board (1 Pc.), Road Bollards (2 Pcs.); Part Ii - Gardening Works: A) Planting Trees - 2 Pieces, Including Staking And Installation Of Irrigation Bags, B) Mulching The Area Around Selected Trees, C) Laying Lawns. Part Iii - Warranty Care Of Greenery (I.E. Gardening Works Performed) Within A Period Of 3 Years (36 Consecutive Months) Counted From The Date Of The Protocol Acceptance Of All Works Performed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Details Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Included In The Swz Together With Annexes (Including Design Documentation And The Contract Template Together With The Opz).
