The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Construction Of The Building Reconstruction Of Unused Building No. 61 In The Center Of The Town Of Spálova. The Subject Of The Construction Works Is The Reconstruction Of The Unused Building No. 61, Which Will House A Central Kitchen For Primary And Kindergarten Schools, Food Delivery In The Village And Neighboring Villages, A Municipal Office, A Maintenance Workshop And Facilities For Workers, Refreshments With A Preparation Room, Hygiene Facilities For The Public And A Common Room. The Maximum Suggested Capacity Of The Kitchen Is 500 Meals Per Day. The Kitchen Operation Will Be Located On Two Floors, 1St Floor And 1St Floor, Which Will Be Connected By An Operational Elevator. Storage, Rough Preparation, Reception Of Raw Materials And Export Of Meals Will Be Located In The 1St Pp. The 1St Floor Will House A Brewhouse, Preparation Rooms And Food Dispatch. An Administrative Part (Municipal Office), A Clubhouse For Use By Leisure Organizations And A Separate Office Space Will Be Built On The 2Nd Floor. The New Proposal Is To Use Gable Roofs Without Ridges, Which Will Be Complemented By Dormers With A Flat Roof. The Second Floor (Attic) Will Be Partially Recessed. Facades Will Be Made Of Plaster In Light Tones. The Roof Covering Will Be Made Of Corrugated Metal In Dark Gray Color. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of The Building, Exterior Improvements Will Also Be Carried Out, Consisting Of, Among Other Things, The Construction Of Paved Surfaces, Water Connections, Storm Sewers, Hv Connections And Transformer Stations. The Subject Of Construction Work Is Also The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant (Pve) On The Roof Of The Building. The Subject Of Construction Works Is Also The Execution Of All Other Works Defined In Detail In The Project Documentation.
