Bids Are Invited For Procurement of Furniture for O/o SE (E) (Trg.), CPWD Training Institute, Kamla Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad -1 Supplying and placing in position main desk of the following specifications. The main desk shall be of size 1800 Width mm x 900 Depth mm x 750 Height mm.The table top shall be 25 mm thick MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) also there should be 30 mm MDF (Medium density fiberboard) black pad.The modesty panel shall be of 18 mm thick MFC (Melamine faced chipboard).The leg of the main desk shall be of 25 mm MFC plus 30 mm MDF right and left pad.The main table should be of duck noise profile edge in order to enhance the workspace aesthetics. The joining table shall be of size 1050 Width mm x 1200 Depth mm x 750 Height mm.The top panel shall be 25 mm thick with MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard).The leg of the joining table shall be of metal.Polyurethane Coated joining table. The Mobile Pedestal size shall be 400 Width mm x 560 Depth mm x 560 Height mm. The return desk size shall be 1200 Width mm x 600 Depth mm x 730 Height mm. The product should be certified with the following :GREENGUARD, GRIHA & SVA GRIHA and GREEN PRO. 1 Each 2 Providing and Placing High Back Chair with overall size of 76.1 cm W x 76.1 cm D x 112.7 – 130.2 cm H x 43.1 – 53.1 cm Seat Height. The seat is cushioned seat made of injection molded plastic outer & inner. Plastic inner is upholstered with leatherette and molded high resilience polyurethane foam of density 45±2 kg/m³, & hardness load of 16±2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. Seat Size is 47.0 W cm x 48.0 D cm. The back is cushioned made of PU foam with insitu molded M.S. ERW round tube of size 1.9±0.03cm x 0.16±0.0128cm, upholstered with leatherette. The back size is 47.7 W cm x 76.4 D cm. The armrest top is molded from polyurethane and mounted on to a drop lift adjustable type tubular armrest support made of Ø3.81±0.03cm x 0.2±0.01cm thick M.S. The adjustable tilting mechanism is designed with following features : 360° revolving type, front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground and continuous lumbar support ensuring more comfort, tilt tension adjustment can be operated in seating position, 5-position tilt limiter giving option of variable tilt angle to the chair, Seat/back tilt ratio 1:2, The mechanism housing is made up of HPDC aluminium black powder coated. The back connected to frame through chrome plated high pressure die casted connector pipe. The product should be certified with the following : CII Green Pro, UL Greenguard, GRIHA, SCS Indoor Advantage Gold, BIFMA Level 2. 3 Each 4 Providing and Placing Coffee Table. Specifications are as follows Width 100 cm Depth 65 cm and Height 45 cm. Top is made of Glass and Legs are made of Wood. The overall dimensions of the sofa shall be 1830W x 800D x 840H. The seat should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu.mtr having an additional top layer of supersoft PU foam with Density 32 ± 2 kg/cu. Seat should be upholstered with leatherette. 2) BACK FOAM: The back should be made of PU foam with Density 28 ± 2 kg/cu. mtr with two additional top layer of supersoft foam of density 32±2 kg/cu. mtr, upholstered with fabric or leatherette. Understructure should be made up of 1.2±0.1 cm. thick hot pressed plywood (which also shall be resistance and termite proof as per IS:303.) and pinewood of cross section deviod of major knots and surface defects 6 nos. per seat and 3.8mm dia. zigzag spring assembly is mounted over understrucrure for cushioning effect. It should be a wooden makeover legs. The product should be certified with the following :GREENGUARD, GRIHA & SVA GRIHA and GREEN PRO. 1 Each 6 The overall dimensions of the chair shall be 60.9cm x 64.3cm x 99.6cm. The seat height shall be 44.8cm. The cushioned seat and back is made of injection moulded Plastic outer and Inner. Plaster inner is upholstered with stitched cover and moulded high Resilience Polyurethane foam of density 45kg per meter cube. The stitched cover is made from spacer fabric and leatherette. Seat size shall be 47cm x 48cm. The Back size shall be 45cm x 60.5cm. The armrests top is moulded from PU and mounted on to a drop lift adjustment type tubular armrest support made of 3.8cm diameter x 0.2cm thick MS ERW tube. The tubular frame shall be powder coated DFT 40-60 microns and is cantilever type and made of 2.54cm X 0.2cm thick MS ERW tube. The back is connect to frame through powder coated high pressure die cast connector piece. The product should be certified with the following : CII Green Pro, UL Greenguard, SCS Indoor Advantage Gold, BIFMA Level 2. 15 Each 7 Providing and placing Steel Almira having overall size of 915mm(W)x846mm(D)x1980mm(H) with welded construction. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7mm, back thickness of 0.8mm, door thickness of 0.8mm (high yeild strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA 'D' grade high yeild strength as per IS:513. The almira should have a Mazak handle and Three way locking mechanism with shooting bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity of max 40 kg. It shall have 4 nos full shelves. A4 size box file (85 W x 285 D x 345 H mm) can be stored vertically on three shelves and the clear space above fourth shelf is 240mm. It should also have a M10 screw type Leveller with Hex plastic base. The finishing shall include Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 micrones (+-10). Plenty of colour options shall be available. There shall be 5 loading levels in the almira.
