The System Will Have The Same Environment And Functionalities As The Classified Ems, With Appropriate Modifications To Handle Only Unclassified Mail, Facilitating Its Widespread Adoption. In Order For This To Work, Equipment Is Required, Which Will Serve All The Staff Of The Ministry Of Health In Ky And Ey. It Is Expected That Unclassified Official Correspondence, Documents Of Consular Acts And Other Correspondence Of The Public Administration Will Be Recorded And Circulated By/To The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs, Citizens And Other Public Administration.
