The Subject Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of Equipment For The Maintenance Of The Drainage System Within The Rugvica-Dugo Selo Project - Drainage And Waste Water Treatment System As Follows: 1 Machine For Cleaning And Unclogging Sewage With A Volume Of Approx. 5 M3, 1 Truck Tank For Transporting Septic Tanks, 1 Mobile Power Unit, 2 Motorized Pumps, 1 Equipment For Testing The Presence Of Gases In Drainage Structures And 1 High-Pressure Washing Device. In Addition To The Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment, This Item Of Purchase Includes, As After-Sales Activities, The Training Of The Clients Staff, As Well As The Service Of Eliminating Defects And Service During The Warranty Period. Details In The Document Technical Specification And Cost Sheet. Regardless Of The Level Of Detail Of The Technical Specifications, The Delivered Procurement Item Must Be Functional, Complete And Suitable For The Purpose For Which It Is Intended. The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Client Only Technologically New And Unused Equipment. The Subject Of Procurement Includes: Procurement Of Equipment: 1. Sewer Cleaning And Unclogging Machine - 1 Piece 2. Truck Tank For Transporting Septic Tank - 1 Piece 3. Mobile Power Unit - 1 Piece 4. Motor Pump - 2 Pieces 5. Equipment For Testing The Presence Of Gases In Drainage Structures - 1 Piece 6. High-Pressure Washing Device - 1 Piece Training Of The Clients Staff: For All Delivered Equipment - A Minimum Of Two (2) Days Of Training For 5 Employees. The Training Day Includes 8 Hours Of Training. Job Training Is Conducted In Croatian, On The Delivered Equipment, In The Clients Service Area. The Seller Is Obliged To Issue Appropriate Certificates/Certificates/Certificates About Acquired Competences To The Employees Of The Client. Upon Completion Of Employee Training, The Client Will Issue A Corresponding Certificate To The Seller. Warranty: For All Delivered Equipment - A Warranty Of At Least 24 Months, Or Longer, Depending On The Offered Warranty Period Within The Criteria For Selecting The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, The Seller Is Obliged To Eliminate All Defects Of The Subject Of The Agreement Within The Warranty Period. The Warranty Period Includes The Organization And All Eventual Costs Of Periodic Services Within The Warranty Period If Such Services Are A Condition For The Warranty Period, Including The Replacement Of Consumables And Spare Parts, Except In Cases Where The Failure Occurred Through The Clients Fault. Service: The Response Time Of The Authorized Service For All Delivered Equipment From The Day Of Notification Of The Defect During The Warranty Period: The Response Time To The Location Where The Equipment Is Located No Later Than 3 P.M. On The Next Working Day. Guaranteed Time Of The Authorized Service During The Warranty Period: The Maximum Duration Of The Authorized Service Is 1 (One) Month In The Case Of A Major Fault, I.E. A Maximum Of 7 (Seven) Days In The Case Of A Minor Fault Or Provision Of Replacement Equipment. A Major Error Means That The Normal Functionality Of The Equipment Is Not Possible. A Small Error Means Impaired Functionality Of The Equipment. Spare Parts: For All Delivered Equipment: The Bidder Is Obliged To Offer The Goods Of The Manufacturer Who Will Provide The Spare Part
