1. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service For The Needs Of The Erasmus+ The Bridge Project For The Faculty Of Civil Engineering Of The Warsaw University Of Technology Tp/01/01/2025.2. Place Of Implementation: Building Of The Faculty Of Civil Engineering, A Specific Room Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party No Later Than 5 Days Before The Start Of The Event.3. Deadline For Execution Of The Order: From February 10, 2025 To February 14, 2025.4. The Catering Service Will Consist Of The Following Items:1) From February 10, 2025 To February 14, 2025, The Ordering Party Provides: Coffee Service.5. The Catering Service Will Be Provided For 5 Days. Each Day, The Expected Maximum Number Of Participants Is 40 People. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants. The Reduction In The Number Of Participants Will Not Exceed 50% Of The Total Contract Value.6. Settlement Will Be Based On The Final Number Of Participants (Not Less Than 50% Of The Total Order Value).
