Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services – Rental, Placement And Maintenance Services Of Ecological Toilets And Mobile Sinks, As Well As Mobile Ecological Toilets For People With Disabilities, For Events Held By Institutions Of Public Interest, As Well As By Entities/Institutions Under The Authority Of The General Mayor/General Council Of The Municipality Of Bucharest. A 3-Year Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For The Purchase Of Services For The Rental, Placement And Maintenance Of Ecological Toilets And Mobile Sinks, As Well As Mobile Ecological Toilets For Disabled People, For Events Held By Institutions Of Public Interest, As Well As Entities/Institutions Subordinated To The Mayor General/General Council Of The Municipality Of Bucharest, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Frequency Of Awarding Subsequent Contracts: During The Entire Framework Agreement, It Is Estimated That A Minimum Of 3 Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded, The Maximum Depending On The Need Of The Contracting Authority. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 3 (Three) Years, With A Frequency Of At Least 1 Subsequent Contract/Year. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Conclude Other Subsequent Contracts Depending On The Needs Identified. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator. The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts Is Done Without Resumption Of Competition. The Estimated Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Is 1,292,258.49 Lei Without Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract That Is Anticipated To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 430,752.83 Lei Without Vat; The Estimated Value Of The Smallest Subsequent Contract That Is Expected To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Is 147,630.95 Lei Without Vat. Maximums That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Are Provided In The Annex To The Form Of Tender - Appendix 2 - Price Centralizer (Provided By The Contracting Authority In The Award Documentation Section) - In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications.
