The Contracting Authority (Ak) Creates A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) In The Subject Delivery Of Parts For Fittings Manufactured By Persta*. Ak Makes The Detailed Information On Individual Procurements Available To The Economic Operators Admitted To The Dbr And Invited To Bid At The Same Time As The Call For Tenders (Dbr2) Of The Public Procurement Procedure. Main Product Ranges: 1. Gate Valve Parts 2. Bellows Valve Parts The Detailed Names, Composition And Structure Of Gate Valve Parts And Bellows Valve Parts Are Contained In The Public Procurement Technical Description (Which Is A Document With The Price Table). *The Purpose Of The Related Public Procurement Procedure Is To Procure Parts Or Equivalent Parts For The Persta Fittings Installed In The Technological Systems Of The Paks Nuclear Power Plant And Currently Operating. The Contracting Authority Does Not Have The Complete Documentation Required For Design And Production. The Contracting Authority Determines The Equivalence As Follows: In This Procedure, The Spare Part Is Equivalent. Interchangeable Parts Are All Parts That Can Be Replaced With Another Part Without Any Separate Repair Or Further Processing, That Is, The Replacement Parts Are Identical In Shape And Nominal Size, Their Size And Shape Deviation Are Within The Tolerance Shown On The Production Drawing, And Their Material Quality Is The Same. The Tenderer Is Obliged To Support The Equivalence With A Certificate From The Original Manufacturer, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. (X.30.) Govt. According To Section 46 (5) Of The Decree. The Tenderer Will Then Request Proof Of Equivalence In Dbr2. Total Planned Quantity During The Dbr: • In The Case Of Gate Valves, 20 Parts For 5 Types Of Gate Valves • In The Case Of Bellows Valves, The Assembled Inner Part Of 7 Types Of Bellows Valves, Each Of Which Consists Of 3 Main Parts, Thus Containing A Total Of 21 Different Bellows Valve Parts. The Planned Quantity Can Be Transferred Between Individual Types And Years. In The Dbr, The Tenderer Will Define The Exact Names Of The Parts Included In The Annex To This Invitation, Their Description, The Detailed Technical Specifications (Drawings), The Quantities And The Delivery Deadlines In The Dbr2. The Planned Duration Of The Dbrs Existence: 36 Months. The Certification Requirements Related To Individual Products Are Contained In The Public Procurement Technical Description Provided. The Objective Task Concerns Technological Systems And System Components Classified In Abos 2 Safety Classes. Ak During The Implementation Of The Dbr, The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), The Exact Public Procurement Technical Description For Specific Public Procurements To Be Implemented In The Dbr, Which Is A Document With The Price Table (Name: Public Procurement Technical Description And Price Table) And The Draft Contract (Szt) To Be Concluded With Respect To The Given Public Procurement, Is Valid In The Dbr Participation Application
