The Subject Of The Public Procurement Procedure Is The Continuous Provision Of Worker Accommodation And Related Services For The Employees Of The Bidder. The Place Of Provision Of The Service Is Budapest, Including The Location Proposed By The Winning Bidder, As Stated In Other Public Procurement Documents. The Building Or Building Complex Of The Workers Accommodation Located In The Interior Of Budapest Must Be Located On A Plot Or Within A Block Of Plots. Tenderers Plot Or Block Of Land Means The Concepts According To Section 16, Point 117 And Point 122 Of Act C Of 2023 On Hungarian Architecture. The Number Of Employees That The Tenderer Intends To Accommodate Continuously During The Duration Of The Contract To Be Concluded As A Result Of This Public Procurement Procedure Is Only 450 People (Framework Amount) (So-Called Fixed Accommodation For 375 People, Optional Accommodation For Another 75 People). Room Types Requested By The Bidder: Single, Double, Triple Rooms. The Tenderer Requests To Ensure The Fixed Number Of Staff Indicated Above According To The Following Breakdown Of The Individual Room Types During Performance: Single Room: 4 Beds Double Room: 175 Beds Triple Room: 196 Beds The Tenderer Wishes To Use The Optional Accommodations In The Following Room Types: In A Triple Room: 59 Beds In A Single And/Or Double Room: 16 Beds See Other Details For Details Public Procurement Documents, Especially The Technical Description And Draft Contract. The Kbt. With Regard To Section 58 (1), In Relation To The Total Amount Of The Contract, The Tenderer, Based On The Contract To Be Concluded, Undertakes Exclusively To Use The Above Accommodation Service For At Least 375 People By Submitting Ad Hoc Orders/Referrals (Requests).
